So I'm looking to play Binding of Isaac with the 360 controller. My brain just can't make it happen very well with keyboard. The game suggests joytokey. JoyToKey Feature. There is support for creating mouse keystroke emulation. But for absolutely lazy there is a function of auto-pressing buttons. After launching the application, you will see a screen divided into 2 parts, on the left a profile window, on the right of the settings.
Use your gamepad or joystick like a mouse and keyboard on Mac OS X.

I play games with a Playstation 3 controller, so these will be useless if you have a different controller. These are the mappings I use for games I like. To use them, just save them and double-click on them in Finder, or use ⌘O in Enjoyable to import them.
